  • Monday and Saturday: closed
  • Also closed on 24, 25 and 31 December

Guided group visits can also be arranged outside regular opening hours.

  • Family ticket: €14.00
  • Children under 7: free

Reduced admission applies to children and young people aged 7–18, students, jobseekers, pensioners and visitors with severe disabilities.

Family ticket: up to two adults with one or more children.

Guided tours

For tours with 11 or more participants, the reduced admission price is charged per person in addition to the tour fee. This does not apply to small-group tours for 1–10 people, town tours or tours of the Hohner complex without a museum visit.

Tours beginning after 5 p.m. are subject to a 10% surcharge.

  • 1–10 people: flat fee of €90.00, with no additional admission charge
  • 11–25 people: €50.00 plus reduced admission per person
  • 26–45 people with two guides: €90.00 plus reduced admission per person
  • 46–60 people with three guides: €120.00 plus reduced admission per person
  • Town tour without museum visit: €90.00
  • Hohner complex without museum visit: €50.00
School groups
  • School groups from outside Trossingen: flat fee of €40.00 per class; guided tour free of charge.
  • School groups from Trossingen: admission and guided tour free of charge.
Refreshments

Coffee and refreshments can be added to a group tour if booked in advance.

For groups of more than 40 people, refreshments at the Hohner Villa can be requested instead of service in the museum. This includes coffee and a selection of traybakes. Prices are available on request.

Advance registration and ordering are required.

Getting here

  • By car: take the A81 to the Villingen-Schwenningen exit, then follow the B27.
  • By train: travel via Rottweil or Villingen to Trossingen Stadt. The museum is a short walk from the station.
